1. In this divorce action, the petitioner, Jami L. Van Boxtel, seeks review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals upholding the circuit courts refusal to enforce a written property division agreement between the petitioner and the respondent, Brent F. Van Boxtel. The petitioner asserts that the terms of the agreement are binding on the respondent and the circuit court pursuant to Wis. Stat. 767.255(3)(L) (1995-96) and that the circuit court erred in refusing to incorporate the agreement into its judgment. We disagree.
